Terms and Conditions for Research Services Subscription Agreement between Client ("You") and EQUISCAN RESEARCH ("The Research Analyst")

1. Availing the Research Services

By accepting delivery of the research service, the client confirms voluntary subscription to the services offered by the Research Analyst.

2. Obligation on Research Analyst

Both the Research Analyst and the Client shall be bound by applicable SEBI rules, regulations, and RA guidelines.

3. Client Information and KYC

The client shall provide all necessary KYC and supporting information as required under SEBI/RAASB regulations.

4. Consideration and Mode of Payment

The client shall pay agreed service fees and applicable taxes through approved payment modes such as NEFT, IMPS, cheque, UPI, etc.

5. Termination & Refund Policy

Premium Subscription	Within 24 hours	100% Refund
Premium Subscription	Within 7 Days	50% Refund
Premium Subscription	After 7 Days	No Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
• No refund for partially utilized months.
• No refund for market losses or adverse market conditions.

6. Risk Factors

Investments in securities markets are inherently risky and subject to market dynamics. Registration with SEBI and NISM certification does not guarantee returns.

7. Conflict of Interest

Full disclosure of actual or potential conflicts of interest shall be provided in research reports as per SEBI guidelines.

8. Grievance Redressal

Clients may escalate unresolved grievances to the designated grievance officer.

9. Use of Research Reports

Research reports are confidential and intended solely for subscribers. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Mandatory Notice

Clients are requested to review all Do’s and Don’ts prescribed under SEBI regulations before availing research services.

11. Optional Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism

Clients may opt for the centralized fee collection mechanism managed by BSE Limited.

12. Use of Artificial Intelligence

EQUISCAN RESEARCH may use AI tools to enhance service quality while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws.

13. Important Terms & Conditions (MITC)

• The Research Analyst shall not execute trades on behalf of clients.
• No assured returns or guaranteed profits are offered.
• Clients should independently assess recommendations.
• Market investments are subject to risk.
• Profit-sharing or PMS services are not provided.

14. Standard Terms of Service

• The client confirms reading and understanding all terms.
• Research services are for personal use only.
• Clients acknowledge market risks.
• No liability for investment losses.

15. Declaration from EQUISCAN RESEARCH

• Registered with SEBI under Registration No. INH000013183.
• Compliant with SEBI Research Analyst Regulations, 2014.
• No material adverse disciplinary history affecting recommendations.
